The Remote Customer Support Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat. They will assist small home service businesses. They will handle their calls, emails, scheduling, invoicing and input data into whatever software/CRM that the business uses. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently. This role requires a high level of professionalism, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers. Prior experience in a customer support role and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
